InMode FX + FORMA:
what to ask first

It is a radiofrequency platform that takes several handpieces on one console. Start by sorting out whether contour or firmness is your concern.

Book a consultation

InMode is a radiofrequency device platform that takes several handpieces on a single console. In the manufacturer's materials, the FORMA handpiece is presented as non-invasive, non-ablative bipolar radiofrequency that warms the layer under the skin evenly. The choice of handpiece and the area it covers rests with the doctor at your visit.

  2. Weight change in the past year

Whether it went up or down, and roughly how much.

  3. Recent treatments

Lasers, injections, other device treatments: the type and roughly when, as best you recall.

  4. Implanted medical devices

Mention any pacemaker, other implanted electronic device or metal implant in your body.

  5. Medications you take

Note the names of your oral and topical medicines.

  6. Your schedule

If you have important dates coming up, let us know.
