How many
Whether one session is enough or several are spaced out depends on the condition of your skin and your goal. The number you need is explained during the exam.
What spacing
Too close together leaves no time to recover; too far apart and stacking sessions loses its point. The spacing is set with your schedule and your recovery time in mind.
